The Vehicle Dog Bowl that Does Not Splash

Sunday, May 30th, 2010

My dog Duke drinks a ton of water. When we head out for a road trip, I always put a small bowl in the cab of my truck on a towel so he’ll have a drink if he wants it.  I usually fill the bowl up with ice and then fill it with water about three quarters of the way up.  The ice keeps the water from spilling, most of the time.  But sometimes we’ll hit a bump in the road or go onto a dirt trail, and the ice just doesn’t cut it.

Now, I don’t have to worry about this anymore.

This new dog bowl for vehicles is worth mentioning.  Especially made for travel, the WaterBoy is designed specifically not to splash or spill.  It’s unique design keeps water in and keeps it from spilling out.  Reason for this is that it keeps the water level down inside the bowl and water base.

Holds up to 3 quarts and is small enough so that it only uses a small area of the cab or back seat.   No towel or ice needed, but I still put ice in there because dogs normally drink more water if it’s really cold.  So do I!

Got a question or want to buy a bunch of these for your retail store?  Just give us a call or email us and we’ll quote you.

Happy Trails!!

Diamondback Truck Covers The Ultimate Solution to Hauling ATVs and Construction Equipment

Diamondback ATV Solutions

If you’re a truck enthusiast as we are, you’ve probably been wondering…how do I get my quads and my boat to the lake this weekend without having to use my trailer, and Johnny’s truck?  Well, we have the answer.  It’s the Diamondback ATV Truck Cover.  Click on the link above and watch this video, it will simply blow your mind.  And if you’re a construction buff, you can always easily remove the ATV accessories and mount a ladder rack and a cab guard to haul your work stuff.

Whether you’ve got a mid-size truck, a full size short bed or a long bed pickup, there’s a Diamondback Truck Tonneau Cover to fit your needs.  It’s not really a traditional tonneau cover as you would imagine a tonneau cover, and it’s not really a tonneau cover at all, it’s a folding truck cover that uses a stable center piece to hold to panels, front and rear, one opening from the bulkhead or near the cab, and the other opening from the tailgate, both towards the center piece.  And there’s no drilling in most cases.

Mounting the Diamondback cover is easy.  First thing you do is use C-clamps, two on each side, to mount the center piece.  Put on the clamps loosely but tight enough so you can mount the panels.  Stand up in the truck with one panel at a time, and at a 90 degree angle shimmy the panel onto the attachment with the pin.  Once you get the panel on there, slam that sucker into place.  Once you fold the panel down, the pin on the panel attachment will hold it in place, making it impossible for the panel to come loose.  Repeat this action for the second panel, and once you get both panels on, get down off the truck, check 360 degrees around the rails, make sure it’s all lined up the way you want it, and crank down those C-clamps nice and tight.  Next thing you want to do is adjust the locking rods to make sure you get a nice tight fit.  Basically what you want is for the black rubber piece on the end of the rod to hit the bottom of the rail and stop.  Once the panel is closed and you find the right setting, you should have to crank the panel knob to get it to close, it shouldn’t be easy because you want that locking rod to be forced under the rail with your strength, and once you force it under the rail, it will pull the panel down, forcing the rubber seal under the perimeter of the rail to seal the bed, protecting it from moving during driving and from water entering the bed.

Once you’ve completed this task, follow basic instructions and mount any accessories that you’ve purchased, either for the ATV package which includes adapter bars, ramps and rails, or a cab guard or ladder rack.  Diamondback also offers other accessories such as cargo boxes for under the cover and light bars.  And if you need more tie downs, you can always purchase those extra cleats separately and mount them yourself where you want them, just make sure to drill where you’re able to attach the nut on the other side of the aluminum.  You should always check under any piece of aluminum  you’re drilling into to assure that you’re able to complete the task without issues.

The Diamondback ATV package comes standard with the Diamondback HD cover and 12 tie down cleats pre-installed and it holds up to 1600 lbs, so don’t be shy to ride your ATV’s right up on the truck up against the rails and tie that baby down nice and tight.

New Pickup Truck Cargo Website – www.cargocatch.com

Saturday, May 8th, 2010

After a ton of requests and the simple demand for a better site, the need for fewer customer clicks to reach their product destination and the fact that we finally found a web development company we can count on and trust, Graham Solutions has just released their new skin for www.cargocatch.com, a truck and auto accessory monster that is growing by the day.

Created by Bill Graham and designed by ASF Design of Canada, we are very proud of our new site. Though we have not created our new blog design yet which will enable customers to read about new truck accessory products and services we offer, we have launched the new “skin”, including all new products for truck cargo accessories and related vehicle products and services.

Not only do our customers now know that we sell truck accessories, as opposed to before when you didn’t know what the heck we did because our company is so diverse, they now can easily reach the products they’re looking for in fewer clicks, as well as view multiple detailed images of products, and video of many of the products we feature at the bottom of the product detail page.

The diversity and evolution of our company has lead us to this current site.  About 10 years ago, Bill Graham developed a cargo management product for pickup trucks call ‘CargoCatch’ to hold groceries and other small cargo items in the rear of his pickup truck bed.  This product was originally licensed to Bully Motorsports and offered in 2 sizes as ‘Pac Mule’, but their marketing was short of aggressive, and now is being re-designed by Graham and Load Handler of Chicago, to be released early this summer as ‘CargoCatch’, including a new ‘handcrank’ option for easier mounting.  Load Handler is a smaller niche company and has a more aggressive marketing plan for ‘CargoCatch’.

Shortly thereafter, Graham began small manufacturing of the product in San Diego, California and Mexico.  It was an evolution of grand proportions that he had no idea he would take on, eventually becoming one of the premier internet based resellers of truck cargo nets and other truck accessories, as well as many other accessories for many different types of vehicles including cars, boats, RV’s, SUV’s, ATV’s, Motorcycles and UTV’s.

We hope you take the opportunity to visit our new site and check out some of the videos, particularly those of Diamondback ATV products, which are the hottest new truck cover ATV based products available today.

Graham Solutions also offers contract sewing services in San Diego, California and Tecate, Mexico for multiple products, as well as the design and manufacture of heavy duty pickup truck cargo nets and more, Made in the USA.  In addition, if you’re an inventor, product developer or entrepreneur,  we can assist you with business start-up consulting, website development, sampling and prototyping of many products from a variety of industries including auto, aviation, marine, military and government.

We look forward to serving you.  Call us for a quote on any of our products and services.
