Cargo SafetyWeb and Gorilla Truck and Trailer Nets

Cargo SafetyWeb

If you’re looking for a superior truck or trailer cargo net that’s off the shelf, this is it.  The Gorilla Net and the Cargo SafetyWeb Net by SafetyWeb Products, Inc. out of Sacramento, California are slam dunks when it comes to deciding which net is best to contain any load in your pickup truck bed or trailer bed.

With all the stress just eating away at people in the United States these days, bungee cord and elastic nets are quickly becoming a thing of the past as all they do is just jack up your blood pressure when they get all tangled up and end up in the garbage out of rage.  More and more people are just puttin’ down the hammer, spending a few more bucks as an investment in safety and deciding on either a heavier duty cargo net or a custom net.

There are only a few good nets off the shelf that use heavy duty webbing and are reasonably priced.  Surprisingly, they all are completely different because they apply to different applications.  For example, some truck bed web nets are only designed to cover the inside of the bed and basically restrain a smaller load.  And then there are the larger custom truck nets that we for example make for trucks that are specifically designed for large/tall loads.

While the bungee nets end up tangled in the garbage, the webbing nets are easier to maneuver and are stronger, but there’s sometimes something missing depending on what you’re attempting to contain in your truck bed.

Cargo SafetyWeb has a solution that will make a lot of people very happy, and I’m surprised we never knew about these nets before.  But now we do and we’re here to share them with you.  These nets use the strength of webbing and the coverage of mesh, more specifically, a rip-stop mesh that not only adds to the overall strength of the net, but enables you to more completely cover your cargo and keeps anything at all from getting through breaks in the webbing.  There are two versions, the Gorilla net which uses 1.5″ webbing and rip-stop mesh and the Cargo SafetyWeb which uses a tarp material in the middle and 1.5″ webbing.

These nets each come in 4 sizes for 5′, 6′, 8′ beds and 10′ for extra long beds or trailers.  The smallest 5′ net actually fits perfectly in the back cargo area of a Jeep.  Each net comes in its own convenient storage carry bag and extra strap hardware can be purchased for more restraint strength on top of what it already has.

The aspect we like best about these nets is that they can be easily installed, just Cover, Hook and Go~!!
