Ford F-450 Service Body Custom Gladiator Cargo Net

We specialize in custom cargo nets for Ford trucks and all other vehicles, big or small.  We recently had a request from Chevron to design a custom truck cargo net for their Ford F-450 service body trucks with eleven foot beds.

There were two options that we were exploring.   The first option was to custom build a one piece net made out of heavy duty 1″ webbing and respective hardware.

The second option was a modified net that combined our custom 4 x 8′ Gladiator Utility Net and the Rubicon Interior Net, also part of the Gladiator nets.  We cut off the extra webbing on the Rubicon net, leaving only the rip-stop mesh portion of the net, which we then cinched onto the 4 x 8′ net, giving us a perfect fit.

The Gladiator net option won the race~!!  Not only is this net about half the price of the custom net using 1″ webbing, it uses heavy duty rip-stop mesh that includes 1.5″ webbing sewn through it for extra strength and security.  Each one of these nets comes with 8 straps, each with a snap hook, a wire hook and a cam buckle tensioner.  However, on this truck, you will probably only use the snap hooks, as you see in the photos, and you can save the remaining straps for use with taller cargo loads.

Need one of these nets for your truck or something similar?  We can help, just give us a buzz anytime~!
