Selling Cargo Nets and Truck Accessories on the Internet Today

We started selling our custom made truck cargo management cargo net device ‘CargoCatch’, back in 2001, out of our garage in San Diego just a few blocks from the beach, near Ocean Beach. There, we were tooling and drilling aluminum rods and assembling hardware, then coupling that with the bags coming up from Mexico cut and sewn, and shipping them to our customers ready for installation in their pickup truck bed. At the current time we are backordered on CargoCatch cargo nets until August 2015, for both sizes, medium and large.

CargoCatch is a truck bed organizer that consists of a custom cargo net and two heavy duty adjustable tension rods that can be used to restrain groceries or other small cargo in the bed of your pickup truck. After we started selling CargoCatch® we heard through the grapevine that if we were going to sell this product, we needed to startup a website, so we did.

Then, after selling several units on the internet, via phone and locally, we realized, being a small manufacturer of an automotive aftermarket product that was actually selling a bit, that we were automatically authorized to sell any aftermarket product for most vehicles. So, we were introduced to internet drop-shipping and started adding products and representing them. We also started designing custom cargo nets for trucks, since we were already working with netting and webbing, it came naturally and we’ve kept our cargo net niche on the internet because of our custom nets.

Now, in 2015, we sell all truck accessories and more custom cargo nets, which we design and manufacture for trucks, than anybody else, and for many vehicle applications. For example, just one of our products, the Sprinter Net, is a product that we have 25 different designs for, most of them not even loaded yet on the website.

You know when you go to a website to buy a cargo net and you want to call to speak to a human being in the USA but you can’t get anybody on the phone or maybe you end up in India speaking with somebody who doesn’t even know what a pickup truck is? What a nightmare~!! So, we post our phone # at the top of every one of our web pages, so our customers can easily reach us. And we will never ever take it down. Our phone number actually gets routed to one of our reps cell phones, so you can always reach a truck expert in moments. If we’re not here we’ll call ya back, guaranteed, even if you don’t leave a message~!

What we’ve seen over the last years has been amazing on the internet with respect to competition. Things have changed so much for us and we’re embracing the changes with every stroke of the keyboard, trying to keep up with huge websites that pump tons of money into their e-Commerce sites to offer hundreds of thousands of products.  We’ve heard through the distribution grapevine that many companies, in order to justify staying in business after the mobile launch, have had to sell truck accessories via Amazon and eBay as well as Google, just to be competitive in the industry for many of the products they represent and have been loyal dealers for, for years.

All we know is, we will always stay as small as possible and provide the most superior personalized customer service, far beyond what you would ever get from any huge money making machine.  We know you, your truck and your individual needs, and we ‘re proud to have so many repeat customers that deal only with us just because they like chatting with us.

So, to all of our faithful customers, thank you for all your support over the years, please refer us to your friends, and we hope to continue doing business with you for many years to come.
