For example, a customer calls and wants a vertical cargo net, custom made, for a Mercedes hi-top 2500 sprinter passenger van. This customer has several options. If they are planning to use a track system for the hookup like the E-track or L-track, we can design and manufacture the net to those specifications with appropriate hardware for the track. If you’re not using the track, and you need hardware, we can supply you with D-ring attachments, which are D-rings welded onto a plate with 2 holes drilled in it. This is our standard Mercedes hi-top vertical cargo net. Depending on your needs, we can adjust overall size and hardware options if you use a track or prefer something specific. On this net we would use 1″ 3K webbing, which normally has a working load capacity of 1K lbs.
This option is a 2-piece net that closes the gap on the sides offering more total net area, while also letting the user crank down the net from the middle. Again, we can cater this net to your liking depending on hardware and design needs.
