Graham Custom Truck Accessories, LLC and www.cargocatch.com got its start with small manufacturing in San Diego, California and Mexico. We started with custom sewing and the manufacture of a product called CargoCatch™, a truck accessory used in pickup trucks for restraining groceries in the bed.
Almost 10 years later, we find ourselves manufacturing many custom cargo restraint products, especially cargo nets and other sewn products, as well as marketing and developing products for other manufacturers in the industry. We represent a host of lines for all vehicles and their respective accessories. There isn’t anything we can’t source, buy or sell if you don’t find it on our site.
We’re a company that takes its customers seriously, each and every one. Whether you’re spending $20 on a bungee net or $10,000 on a fleet of Diamondback Truck Covers, we treat every customer the same, with respect. We do our best to contact all of our customers to follow up on the sale, make sure things are working out for you, and make you feel like somebody cares. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We concentrate our business around ‘custom’. Not only are a lot of our products custom made, but we like to think that every customer is custom made, each one having a niche that needs to be filled. That’s why we don’t just ship it, we ship it after we know you’re going to be able to use it successfully. And if things don’t work out for you for some reason, we have an easy return policy. Also many of the manufacturers we resell for will work with us on custom designing their products based on your needs, so don’t be shy.
Aren’t you sick and tired of purchasing something through a huge reseller only to find out that when you need help, their call center is bogged down with wait times or in another country where nobody speaks English? We return voice mails and emails promptly and efficiently and we don’t forward you to some off the map call center. We also have Americans who speak Spanish and French fluently.
