If you’re a truck enthusiast as we are, you’ve probably been wondering…how do I get my quads and my boat to the lake this weekend without having to use my trailer, and Johnny’s truck? Well, we have the answer. It’s the Diamondback ATV Truck Cover. Click on the link above and watch this video, it will simply blow your mind. And if you’re a construction buff, you can always easily remove the ATV accessories and mount a ladder rack and a cab guard to haul your work stuff.
Whether you’ve got a mid-size truck, a full size short bed or a long bed pickup, there’s a Diamondback Truck Tonneau Cover to fit your needs. It’s not really a traditional tonneau cover as you would imagine a tonneau cover, and it’s not really a tonneau cover at all, it’s a folding truck cover that uses a stable center piece to hold to panels, front and rear, one opening from the bulkhead or near the cab, and the other opening from the tailgate, both towards the center piece. And there’s no drilling in most cases.
Mounting the Diamondback cover is easy. First thing you do is use C-clamps, two on each side, to mount the center piece. Put on the clamps loosely but tight enough so you can mount the panels. Stand up in the truck with one panel at a time, and at a 90 degree angle shimmy the panel onto the attachment with the pin. Once you get the panel on there, slam that sucker into place. Once you fold the panel down, the pin on the panel attachment will hold it in place, making it impossible for the panel to come loose. Repeat this action for the second panel, and once you get both panels on, get down off the truck, check 360 degrees around the rails, make sure it’s all lined up the way you want it, and crank down those C-clamps nice and tight. Next thing you want to do is adjust the locking rods to make sure you get a nice tight fit. Basically what you want is for the black rubber piece on the end of the rod to hit the bottom of the rail and stop. Once the panel is closed and you find the right setting, you should have to crank the panel knob to get it to close, it shouldn’t be easy because you want that locking rod to be forced under the rail with your strength, and once you force it under the rail, it will pull the panel down, forcing the rubber seal under the perimeter of the rail to seal the bed, protecting it from moving during driving and from water entering the bed.
Once you’ve completed this task, follow basic instructions and mount any accessories that you’ve purchased, either for the ATV package which includes adapter bars, ramps and rails, or a cab guard or ladder rack. Diamondback also offers other accessories such as cargo boxes for under the cover and light bars. And if you need more tie downs, you can always purchase those extra cleats separately and mount them yourself where you want them, just make sure to drill where you’re able to attach the nut on the other side of the aluminum. You should always check under any piece of aluminum you’re drilling into to assure that you’re able to complete the task without issues.
The Diamondback ATV package comes standard with the Diamondback HD cover and 12 tie down cleats pre-installed and it holds up to 1600 lbs, so don’t be shy to ride your ATV’s right up on the truck up against the rails and tie that baby down nice and tight.

Graham Solutions specializes in the sale, manufacture and custom design of many pickup truck cargo management systems including heavy duty cargo nets and related products.
After a ton of requests and the simple demand for a better site, the need for fewer customer clicks to reach their product destination and the fact that we finally found a web development company we can count on and trust, Graham Solutions has just released their new skin for www.cargocatch.com, a truck and auto accessory monster that is growing by the day.
Created by Bill Graham and designed by ASF Design of Canada, we are very proud of our new site. Though we have not created our new blog design yet which will enable customers to read about new truck accessory products and services we offer, we have launched the new “skin”, including all new products for truck cargo accessories and related vehicle products and services.
Not only do our customers now know that we sell truck accessories, as opposed to before when you didn’t know what the heck we did because our company is so diverse, they now can easily reach the products they’re looking for in fewer clicks, as well as view multiple detailed images of products, and video of many of the products we feature at the bottom of the product detail page.
The diversity and evolution of our company has lead us to this current site. About 10 years ago, Bill Graham developed a cargo management product for pickup trucks call ‘CargoCatch’ to hold groceries and other small cargo items in the rear of his pickup truck bed. This product was originally licensed to Bully Motorsports and offered in 2 sizes as ‘Pac Mule’, but their marketing was short of aggressive, and now is being re-designed by Graham and Load Handler of Chicago, to be released early this summer as ‘CargoCatch’, including a new ‘handcrank’ option for easier mounting. Load Handler is a smaller niche company and has a more aggressive marketing plan for ‘CargoCatch’.
Shortly thereafter, Graham began small manufacturing of the product in San Diego, California and Mexico. It was an evolution of grand proportions that he had no idea he would take on, eventually becoming one of the premier internet based resellers of truck cargo nets and other truck accessories, as well as many other accessories for many different types of vehicles including cars, boats, RV’s, SUV’s, ATV’s, Motorcycles and UTV’s.
We hope you take the opportunity to visit our new site and check out some of the videos, particularly those of Diamondback ATV products, which are the hottest new truck cover ATV based products available today.
Graham Solutions also offers contract sewing services in San Diego, California and Tecate, Mexico for multiple products, as well as the design and manufacture of heavy duty pickup truck cargo nets and more, Made in the USA. In addition, if you’re an inventor, product developer or entrepreneur, we can assist you with business start-up consulting, website development, sampling and prototyping of many products from a variety of industries including auto, aviation, marine, military and government.
We look forward to serving you. Call us for a quote on any of our products and services.
A lot of guys and gals with pickup trucks see an aftermarket accessory product they like, they buy it and install it on their truck. Most of the time, everything fits, functions and looks great. However, every once in a while, it can turn into a nightmare when you have an uneducated driver behind the wheel. Therefore, it’s best to educate yourself about your truck. Let’s face it, if you’re going to trick out your truck, use your head and do the research instead of just tunnel visioning in on how bad ass your truck is going to look. This way you won’t look like one of those idiots at the lake who doesn’t know how to dock his boat or back up his trailer and who gets pissed off at his wife for leaving the empty beer cans on the floor of his truck.
Ok now that we’re thinking straight, let’s look at a particular example of what NOT to do.
You just bought 2 new ATV’s. Big wheelbases and heavy. You’ve heard about the Diamondback ATV Series Package for pickup trucks, the most popular and absolutely the most superior product of its class. You want to buy one, load up your ATV’s on your truck, hook up the boat and head out. Everything looks like it’s going to work out just perfectly and you can show off your new toys. You’ve planned your trip, everybody’s been invited. You’re all fired up. The Diamondback ATV package gets dropped in your driveway, you spend the afternoon installing it (installs in 20 minutes or less, but if you’ve got the garage door open, music cranked and a beer in your hands, it’ll be an afternoon job). After you get the locking rods dialed in and it fits as tight as a glove, you mount the bars and rails, test out the ramps and get ready to load up the ATV’s, day-dreaming of next weekend. The Diamondback installation job is done, you decide to clean out the boat instead of mounting the ATV’s, you’ll do it tomorrow morning.
One of your buddies says to you while you’re nursing your beer and boasting about your new atv cover package… “Hey dude, what about your suspension? Are you gonna be able to pull your boat while you’ve got two heavy machines on top of your truck and a bed full of cargo?”
At first, you say to yourself, “oh yeah, no problem”…then the stress and worry just start eating away at your ego. Your buddy is now nursing one of your beers, laughing. You don’t know what to say, so you try to keep it positive. You put the ramps back up on the truck, and you start to load up one of your machines. Looks okay but once the second ATV goes up, the suspension just drops and the back of the truck is sagging big time. You feel like a complete idiot. How in God’s name are you possibly going to be able to face all your friends with a sagging back end? Your buddy slams the rest of his beer, grabs another one out of your fridge, and says that his neighbor just installed his Diamondback cover on his truck and he had installed Super Springs and done some other minor tweaks to his suspension and the ATV’s loaded up fine and looked great, and by the way he’ll be at the lake next weekend with his truck.
Your ego has been crushed beyond comprehension. You can’t do the trip, you just can’t. You’ll be the laughing stock of the trip. You could have some suspension work done, but you blew all your credit and your wife went shopping and tapped out the remaining available balance on supplies for the trip. Basically, you’re done.
Who knows how this trip ended, but the simple solution is this. If you’re adding accessories to your vehicle, especially high-end aftermarket products, make sure you work your way down to the street level on how your truck will be impacted from an efficiency point of view and use your common sense. Call your dealer and your truck’s manufacturer, ask questions, get facts and you’ll be sippin’ proudly, prepared.

Diamondback Truck Covers are no doubt the burliest covers available in the automotive aftermarket today. If you’re a contractor, an ATV enthusiast or just want to completely seal and secure your pickup truck bed, there’s a Diamondback Truck Cover to fit your needs.
When most customers call us about their truck and the Diamondback options available to them, they realize that this purchase will be a custom to fit order for their truck. That means when the order goes into production, it’s got their name on it and is being made specifically to their bed size and environment.
There are many important things to consider when purchasing a Diamondback Cover for your truck.First thing is, what are you using it for?Diamondback has a plethora of accessories that go with the cover as compared to other cover options.
If you’re into ATV’s, and your truck is a 6.5’ short bed, and you’re hauling 2 ATV’s on a side load, you’ll have to purchase the extension package and double check with us first, if your ATV’s are large, whether or not those machines will fit the application you purchase.Chances are it will but it’s always good to nail down these little details beforehand. If you’re only hauling one ATV on a short bed, rear load will suffice. Also, if your truck is all jacked up, you may have problems with the ramps. All ATV packages come with the HD Cover including 12 cleats pre-installed, removable bars and rails, ramps and cab guard or HD cab guard depending on your application.
The HD is for the contractor or someone who uses their truck strictly for work and who needs to stack up to 1600lbs on top or for the guy who wants the strongest, most reliable, secure and accessible pickup truck cover on the market.Cab guards, ladder racks, cargo boxes for underneath, tie down cleats, ramps, adapter bars, rails are all accessories that can be purchased either with your package or separately.
If your intention is just to simply seal and secure your bed and haul minimal weight (less than 400 lbs), an SE will suffice. It’s good to have a tailgate key lock, and if you don’t have one, we can get you one that you can install yourself at a reasonable price, or you can have the manufacturer install it for you.
There are several questions we’ll ask you regarding your truck when purchasing a Diamondback Truck Cover.First of all, it’s best to call us direct at 619-884-8563 or simply send us an email with your year, make, model and bed size of your truck.Secondly, let us know if you have bed rail caps on your bed rails, if you have a factory installed track system inside your truck bed, what kind of bedliner you have and any other pertinent information about your truck bed.
These covers are so heavy duty, and one who has that ever so personal kind of relationship with his or her truck will understand that after only one year of using this cover, which will last forever anyway, you’ve already made your money back and more, even before the $100 rebate!!Especially if you own ATV’s!!
The promotion that Diamondback runs through November 14 of 2008 is in conjunction with several airings of a commercial that runs either on the internet or on TV.For more information on how to take advantage of this promotion, give us a buzz today so we can get your truck sized up and outfitted with probably the hottest cover to enter the marketplace in a long time, and for a long time to come!
Graham Solutions specializes in the sale, installation and support of Diamondback Truck Covers. We’ve been selling these covers for years, and they are undoubtedly the toughest pickup bed covers on the market. All we get is fired up customers who send us photos of their trucks with the Diamondback. And check out the new line-x coating!!:
Let’s face it, if you’ve got a tonneau cover on your truck that only opens one way, chances are you get a bit frustrated when you can’t reach items directly behind the bulkhead of your cab. With the Diamondback Truck Cover, that problem is eliminated because the cover has 2 separate panels that open from the center of the bed, at the center piece, which is secured with 2 non-permanent c-clamps on each side.
You may say, well, I can use the rolling cover.Ok, that’s cool, but when you want to stack 500-1600 lbs or more on top of your truck and utilize the cargo space of your bed more efficiently or head to the desert with a couple quads on your truck while you use your trailer for the boat, good luck with a roll cover or any other cover for that matter.

Diamondback in the past offered their customers a powder black coating, but they probably decided that the new Line-X option would better represent the tough nature of their covers.
