Truck Cab Interior Cargo Net

Wednesday, September 21st, 2011

Well, it’s about time.  Tennessee Webbing and BEDNET out of Knoxville, manufacturer of one of the most popular pickup truck cargo nets in the world, has just changed the answer to the customer’s question “Do you carry a heavy duty cargo net for the cab of a pickup truck?”.  Now, the answer is “Yes, we do”.

We design, manufacture and sell heavy duty cargo nets for many different applications and we’ve made a couple of these.  We are so grateful to BEDNET for designing this masterpiece.  It’s 39″ x 60″ and is designed to fit any pickup truck cab interior.  Featuring a 250 lb working load capacity, this sucker will definitely aid in keeping your driver and passenger safe in case of rapid braking or accident while driving.

This truck cab cargo interior net easily installs into the seat bottoms and adjusts by simply clipping the carabineers into the grommets.  With lots of grommets in lots of places as well, it makes it easy to adjust to different cab environments.  One size fits all trucks.  Comes with 2 carabineers, 2 cam straps and a fancy carrying case.

Today you can’t be too careful when it comes to protecting your family, your employees or your fellow truck enthusiasts.  You would not believe all the horror stories we hear when many people call to place an order for a custom cargo net or other related net off the shelf.  It’s unfortunate that so many people aren’t prepared BEFORE the accident happens.  And many are forced to buy cargo restraint devices AFTER the incident because they’ve broken some law or received some kind of citation.

Keep in mind that anything loose in your vehicle that is not properly restrained can become a deadly projectile when forced to move.

Not sure what you need?  No problem.  Give us a call or shoot us an email with your needs, we’ll take care of the rest.  We are designing and manufacturing new nets daily.

Cargo SafetyWeb and Gorilla Truck and Trailer Nets

Cargo SafetyWeb

If you’re looking for a superior truck or trailer cargo net that’s off the shelf, this is it.  The Gorilla Net and the Cargo SafetyWeb Net by SafetyWeb Products, Inc. out of Sacramento, California are slam dunks when it comes to deciding which net is best to contain any load in your pickup truck bed or trailer bed.

With all the stress just eating away at people in the United States these days, bungee cord and elastic nets are quickly becoming a thing of the past as all they do is just jack up your blood pressure when they get all tangled up and end up in the garbage out of rage.  More and more people are just puttin’ down the hammer, spending a few more bucks as an investment in safety and deciding on either a heavier duty cargo net or a custom net.

There are only a few good nets off the shelf that use heavy duty webbing and are reasonably priced.  Surprisingly, they all are completely different because they apply to different applications.  For example, some truck bed web nets are only designed to cover the inside of the bed and basically restrain a smaller load.  And then there are the larger custom truck nets that we for example make for trucks that are specifically designed for large/tall loads.

While the bungee nets end up tangled in the garbage, the webbing nets are easier to maneuver and are stronger, but there’s sometimes something missing depending on what you’re attempting to contain in your truck bed.

Cargo SafetyWeb has a solution that will make a lot of people very happy, and I’m surprised we never knew about these nets before.  But now we do and we’re here to share them with you.  These nets use the strength of webbing and the coverage of mesh, more specifically, a rip-stop mesh that not only adds to the overall strength of the net, but enables you to more completely cover your cargo and keeps anything at all from getting through breaks in the webbing.  There are two versions, the Gorilla net which uses 1.5″ webbing and rip-stop mesh and the Cargo SafetyWeb which uses a tarp material in the middle and 1.5″ webbing.

These nets each come in 4 sizes for 5′, 6′, 8′ beds and 10′ for extra long beds or trailers.  The smallest 5′ net actually fits perfectly in the back cargo area of a Jeep.  Each net comes in its own convenient storage carry bag and extra strap hardware can be purchased for more restraint strength on top of what it already has.

The aspect we like best about these nets is that they can be easily installed, just Cover, Hook and Go~!!

Diamondback Truck Covers The Ultimate Solution to Hauling ATVs and Construction Equipment

Diamondback ATV Solutions

If you’re a truck enthusiast as we are, you’ve probably been wondering…how do I get my quads and my boat to the lake this weekend without having to use my trailer, and Johnny’s truck?  Well, we have the answer.  It’s the Diamondback ATV Truck Cover.  Click on the link above and watch this video, it will simply blow your mind.  And if you’re a construction buff, you can always easily remove the ATV accessories and mount a ladder rack and a cab guard to haul your work stuff.

Whether you’ve got a mid-size truck, a full size short bed or a long bed pickup, there’s a Diamondback Truck Tonneau Cover to fit your needs.  It’s not really a traditional tonneau cover as you would imagine a tonneau cover, and it’s not really a tonneau cover at all, it’s a folding truck cover that uses a stable center piece to hold to panels, front and rear, one opening from the bulkhead or near the cab, and the other opening from the tailgate, both towards the center piece.  And there’s no drilling in most cases.

Mounting the Diamondback cover is easy.  First thing you do is use C-clamps, two on each side, to mount the center piece.  Put on the clamps loosely but tight enough so you can mount the panels.  Stand up in the truck with one panel at a time, and at a 90 degree angle shimmy the panel onto the attachment with the pin.  Once you get the panel on there, slam that sucker into place.  Once you fold the panel down, the pin on the panel attachment will hold it in place, making it impossible for the panel to come loose.  Repeat this action for the second panel, and once you get both panels on, get down off the truck, check 360 degrees around the rails, make sure it’s all lined up the way you want it, and crank down those C-clamps nice and tight.  Next thing you want to do is adjust the locking rods to make sure you get a nice tight fit.  Basically what you want is for the black rubber piece on the end of the rod to hit the bottom of the rail and stop.  Once the panel is closed and you find the right setting, you should have to crank the panel knob to get it to close, it shouldn’t be easy because you want that locking rod to be forced under the rail with your strength, and once you force it under the rail, it will pull the panel down, forcing the rubber seal under the perimeter of the rail to seal the bed, protecting it from moving during driving and from water entering the bed.

Once you’ve completed this task, follow basic instructions and mount any accessories that you’ve purchased, either for the ATV package which includes adapter bars, ramps and rails, or a cab guard or ladder rack.  Diamondback also offers other accessories such as cargo boxes for under the cover and light bars.  And if you need more tie downs, you can always purchase those extra cleats separately and mount them yourself where you want them, just make sure to drill where you’re able to attach the nut on the other side of the aluminum.  You should always check under any piece of aluminum  you’re drilling into to assure that you’re able to complete the task without issues.

The Diamondback ATV package comes standard with the Diamondback HD cover and 12 tie down cleats pre-installed and it holds up to 1600 lbs, so don’t be shy to ride your ATV’s right up on the truck up against the rails and tie that baby down nice and tight.

Whatever your needs, Diamondback has a solution for you, even if you just want to protect the cargo in your bed.  Graham Solutions and www.cargocatch.com specializes in Diamondback truck covers, and we offer the best possible price anywhere, so feel free to give us a call anytime with questions, we’re more than happy to just chat.  That’s what we do and we’ve been doing it for over 5 years with Diamondback.  We also offer free tech support, so once you get your cover and you have questions during install, we’re a phone call away, even on weekends when you’re most likely to install it.  If we can’t answer your question, we’ll get the answer for you.

Graham Solutions specializes in the sale, manufacture and custom design of many pickup truck cargo management systems including heavy duty cargo nets and related products.

We look forward to hearing from you.

New Pickup Truck Cargo Website – www.cargocatch.com

Saturday, May 8th, 2010

After a ton of requests and the simple demand for a better site, the need for fewer customer clicks to reach their product destination and the fact that we finally found a web development company we can count on and trust, Graham Solutions has just released their new skin for www.cargocatch.com, a truck and auto accessory monster that is growing by the day.

Created by Bill Graham and designed by ASF Design of Canada, we are very proud of our new site. Though we have not created our new blog design yet which will enable customers to read about new truck accessory products and services we offer, we have launched the new “skin”, including all new products for truck cargo accessories and related vehicle products and services.

Not only do our customers now know that we sell truck accessories, as opposed to before when you didn’t know what the heck we did because our company is so diverse, they now can easily reach the products they’re looking for in fewer clicks, as well as view multiple detailed images of products, and video of many of the products we feature at the bottom of the product detail page.

The diversity and evolution of our company has lead us to this current site.  About 10 years ago, Bill Graham developed a cargo management product for pickup trucks call ‘CargoCatch’ to hold groceries and other small cargo items in the rear of his pickup truck bed.  This product was originally licensed to Bully Motorsports and offered in 2 sizes as ‘Pac Mule’, but their marketing was short of aggressive, and now is being re-designed by Graham and Load Handler of Chicago, to be released early this summer as ‘CargoCatch’, including a new ‘handcrank’ option for easier mounting.  Load Handler is a smaller niche company and has a more aggressive marketing plan for ‘CargoCatch’.

Shortly thereafter, Graham began small manufacturing of the product in San Diego, California and Mexico.  It was an evolution of grand proportions that he had no idea he would take on, eventually becoming one of the premier internet based resellers of truck cargo nets and other truck accessories, as well as many other accessories for many different types of vehicles including cars, boats, RV’s, SUV’s, ATV’s, Motorcycles and UTV’s.

We hope you take the opportunity to visit our new site and check out some of the videos, particularly those of Diamondback ATV products, which are the hottest new truck cover ATV based products available today.

Graham Solutions also offers contract sewing services in San Diego, California and Tecate, Mexico for multiple products, as well as the design and manufacture of heavy duty pickup truck cargo nets and more, Made in the USA.  In addition, if you’re an inventor, product developer or entrepreneur,  we can assist you with business start-up consulting, website development, sampling and prototyping of many products from a variety of industries including auto, aviation, marine, military and government.

We look forward to serving you.  Call us for a quote on any of our products and services.

Hitch-Safe Combo Lock Security for your Vehicle

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

Well, now that the Obama administration and Congress have pushed this ridiculous health care bill through, we have a lot more to worry about, as far as our health and security are concerned, to sustain ourselves in this very quickly becoming Socialist, or worse, society we call the ‘Home of the Brave’.   With a rule book a foot thick and more and more forms to fill out on a daily basis, it’s time you secure your personal belongings, as minimal as they’ve become.

Everybody I know is about to throw in the towel and set up shop in their truck or RV, OR, move out of the country all together.  Camp grounds will be overrun with US citizens AND illegal aliens, literally living in or on their trucks, cars, SUV’s, UTV’s, RV’s and ATV’s.  We are very quickly becoming a landscape that will be scarily similar to the film ‘Mad Max’.  People will be fiercely competing for automobile based resources and fighting for space at the campgrounds in the so-called ‘Land of the Free’.

What do you think will be important for many of these people?  You got it, SECURITY and more security!  They’ll be buying, more than ever, products to protect and secure their families, keys, cash and other belongings.  And where will they turn?  You got it, the automotive industry and the internet.  Sure, the price of gas might keep going up, but people will keep buying and stocking up on fuel and products which will ensure their security and ability to move around safely and securely without the worry of getting ripped off.

One product that we see sales skyrocketing for is the Hitch-Safe Combination Lock for your vehicle’s hitch receiver.

  • Secure- 10,000 possible combinations
  • Durable- All metal construction
  • Zero Locking- Open the HitchSafe in the dark
  • Easy to Use
  • Easy to Recombinate
  • Rust Resistant
  • NEVER Be Locked Out Again!
  • Fits multiple automotive keys, house keys, credit cards or license
  • One Year Warranty

The HitchSafe Combo Lock by Hitch Safe, is the safest, easiest, stress free and smartest way to secure your keys, cash, engagement ring, key to your beer vault or whatever else you’ve got in mind to secure in your truck back at base camp, without having to worry about someone else holding on to your keys and ripping off the last of your stash.

Bottom line, whatever your strategy, your Hitchsafe combo lock is the safest way to secure it all…once and for all.
