Graham Solutions Shipping & Returns Policy

Graham Solutions has a very open and simple Shipping & Returns Policy as a manufacturer.
We make every effort possible to ensure that your order/package arrives on time and in good condition. If you receive a package that is damaged, please call us immediately, @ 619-884-8563 and we’ll do everything in our power to assist you.
A number of the products we sell are not manufactured by us, they are drop-shipped from either the original manufacturer or a premier distributor. In these cases, we will always refer to their respective Shipping & Returns Policies. Typically, as a customer, you have 30 days to return the product in resellable condition. In some cases you will be required to pay a restocking fee which will be deducted from the credit.
If a return is the result of the customer’s error in ordering the wrong part # without consulting our sales department initially, the customer will be ultimately responsible for the shipping on the return of the product. The customer will be credited after the manufacturer or distributor of the product has credited Graham Solutions for the return, and debited prior to the credit, the restocking fee if applicable.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on many factors including product ordered and availability from either manufacturer or distributor, time of order and respective cut-off times and holiday crunches. We strongly suggest that you not wait until the last minute to do your shopping. Even if a product is in stock, it could take in some cases up to 48 hours for the product to ship.
Graham Solutions is a personalized customer service oriented company. We don’t make our customers go through some automated system to get a live human on the line, and we don’t ask our customers to wait on hold. We either answer the phone, or we call you back within 1 hour except when out of the office on vacation.
