New Heavy Duty Cargo Nets for Mercedes, Dodge Sprinter and Ford Transit Vans

Graham Custom Truck and cargocatch.com specialize in the design, manufacture and sale of heavy duty cargo nets for all applications, especially trucks.  We have just recently added to and re-organized our van cargo net product line and have introduced new heavy duty cargo nets for Mercedes, Dodge Sprinter and Ford Transit Vans.  Please click here to review.

The year, make and model for any van really doesn’t matter to us, although we carry standard cargo nets for all these vehicles.  Every customer has a different idea of what exactly it is that they want, so we work around that and assign part #’s based on what we see.  In essence, depending on the location of the net, the contours of the vehicle, and the type of anchors you decide to use will determine what your specifications are.

Maybe you want a one piece net with attachments at the top and sides, or just on the sides and bottom, etc…or, do you want to cover more side space and make it a 2-piece net?  What size webbing do you use?  Well, that’s a good question.

You may think that 1″ webbing would be more cost efficient, but in reality there are more sew patterns in 1″ webbing in order to cover that space, so it’s not necessarily less expensive to make a cargo net with 1″ webbing, however sometimes it’s necessary depending on design.  The 2″ is stronger, and may very well be less expensive because of less sew patterns, depending on type of webbing, strength, etc…

Here are some examples of the nets we make for the Mercedes and Dodge Sprinter Vans, as well as Ford Transit and other vans, such as Chevy Passenger Vans and Dodge Caravan.

We provide free engineering drawings and quotes.  And we’ve made hundreds of different designs, so don’t think anything may be too complicated, just send over your sketch.
